Summary of Fire Drill Work on November 11, 2025

In order to enhance employees' awareness of fire safety and their ability to respond to fires, master the methods of alarm, initial fire suppression, and evacuation in case of fire accidents, and clarify the responsibilities of fire prevention personnel in fires, the company held an emergency fire evacuation drill for employees at Yangdaxin Science and Technology Park on the morning of November 11, 2025, with a total of 625 people participating.  

Exercise time: 7:38-8:40 on November 11, 2025

Exercise location: Square between Building D and Building E

Summary of Fire Drill:

One Preparation meeting for exercise:

According to the "2025 Safety Production Month Activity Plan", the Administration Department convened a fire drill kickoff meeting for department heads in the conference room of Building E at 3:00 pm on November 10th. At the same time, at 6:00 pm on November 10th, the leaders of each group were convened to make detailed arrangements and work deployments for the emergency formation of this drill, requiring close cooperation among departments and strict implementation of the plan; Clarify the job responsibilities and obligations of each group of personnel to ensure the smooth progress of the exercise.   

II Description of Exercise Process:

At 7:35, a fire broke out in the PPD workshop of Building C;

2.2 After the on-site administrator Qin Kai discovered the fire, he immediately organized on-site personnel to extinguish it. Due to the large size of the fire, the situation could not be controlled.

2.3 At 7:36, in order to prevent accidents and losses from escalating, Qin Kai reported the fire situation to the administrative department and emergency commander-in-chief Yang through the intercom. The commander-in-chief urgently activated the fire accident emergency plan and notified personnel to evacuate the fire scene;

At 7:38, Yang Fei, the leader of the emergency evacuation team, carried out emergency evacuation of workshop personnel according to the planned procedures;

At 7:40, each emergency team arrived at the scene for rescue;

At 7:43, Wei Chunguang, the leader of the communication and material support team, contacted the hospital (120) and the fire department (119) to explain the location and situation of the fire accident;

At 7:43, all personnel from each workshop were evacuated to the emergency assembly area in the square between Building D and Building E;

At 7:46, the rescue team discovered a person in the workshop who had been knocked unconscious by smoke and successfully rescued them from the fire scene;

At 7:48, department heads conducted a personnel count of their respective departments (taking 1 minute), and all personnel were safely evacuated from the fire scene after the count;

At 2.10 and 7:50, Zheng Chaojun, the leader of the fire extinguishing team, led the team members to successfully extinguish the open flame, while two people stayed behind to monitor the fire scene;

The environmental protection team organized a drill on the entire process of chemical leakage disposal)

3、 Summary of this comprehensive fire drill:

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the exercise, detailed exercise plans and procedures have been formulated, and the exercise has also received high attention and strong support from company leaders. The exercise work has progressed smoothly and satisfactorily.

3.1 Prior to the drill, the administrative department organized a fire emergency plan preparation meeting, which enabled each emergency team to grasp their respective responsibilities and enhance their ability to respond to fire situations.

3.2 Exercise site:

3.2.1 Invited the emergency department to explain to everyone how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation during prime time to save lives in the event of cardiac arrest;

3.2.2. The administrative department's secretary and Zheng Chaojun vividly explained to the employees how to effectively evacuate in a fire and how to operate and use fire extinguishers, allowing everyone to have a better understanding of how to escape, self rescue, and mutual rescue in a fire;

At the end of the exercise, the commander-in-chief made comments on the exercise site, hoping that all employees would always pay attention to safety for the sake of family happiness;

3.2.4 The photography team performed excellently, with very clear shooting results.

3.3. The exercise procedure was well-organized, and some employees did not follow the requirements during evacuation. The exercise site has been criticized and corrected, and the overall effect is good: from the exercise alarm, mobilization, evacuation, fire extinguishing, chemical leakage and magnesium alloy special fire extinguishing demonstration, evaluation, summary, clear hierarchy, this exercise did not result in any casualties; The safety awareness of all employees has been improved, and they have gained a deeper understanding of fire safety knowledge.
